Please read these terms carefully before booking your Disney Paris Shuttle transfer.

1. Booking & Confirmation

By submitting a booking request through our website, telephone, WhatsApp, or email, you are making an offer to enter into a contract with Disney Paris Shuttle. Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation email from Disney Paris Shuttle. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

We generally accept bookings up to 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time. For last-minute bookings, please contact us by phone.

2. Pricing

All prices quoted are fixed and include all applicable taxes. No additional charges will be applied for standard luggage, flight delays, or traffic — except where explicitly stated.

The following surcharges may apply: a night surcharge of 10–15% for journeys with a pick-up time between 22:00 and 05:59; a card payment surcharge of +5€ per journey when paying by credit or debit card to the driver.

Prices are subject to change. However, once a booking is confirmed in writing, the quoted price is fixed and will not change.

3. Payment

Payment can be made by: cash to the driver at the end of your journey; credit or debit card to the driver at the end of your journey (+5€ surcharge per trip); or secure online payment via Stripe at the time of booking.

No advance payment is required unless you choose the online payment option. All online payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the transfer price.

To cancel, please email us at ContactDisneylandParis@gmail.com or click the cancellation link in your booking confirmation. If you paid online, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

5. Flight & Train Delays

We monitor all incoming flights and trains in real-time using the details provided at booking. If your flight or train is delayed, your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly at no extra charge. This service is only available when a valid flight or train number has been provided.

In the event of an extreme delay (over 4 hours), we reserve the right to reschedule your transfer or cancel the booking with a full refund.

6. No-Show Policy

Your driver will wait at the agreed meeting point for 45 minutes after the scheduled arrival time for airport pick-ups, and 15 minutes for other pick-ups. After this waiting period, if the client has not made contact, the booking will be considered a no-show and may be charged in full.

If you cannot locate your driver, please call our 24/7 customer care number immediately.

7. Child Seats

We provide child seats free of charge upon request. It is the responsibility of the client to specify the need for child seats and the ages of children at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee child seat availability for bookings made without advance notice. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance when child seats are required.

8. Luggage

No additional charge applies for standard luggage. We ask that you indicate the approximate number of bags when booking so we can allocate the correct vehicle. We accept foldable wheelchairs but do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles with ramps or lifts. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen luggage.

9. Liability

Disney Paris Shuttle carries full commercial passenger liability insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, extreme weather, or events beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the specific transfer in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms applicable to your booking are those in force at the time your booking is confirmed.
