Before You Book

How far in advance should I book my transfer?

We recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability, especially during school holidays, summer, and Christmas periods when demand is very high. That said, we generally accept bookings up to 12 hours before your transfer. For same-day bookings, please call us directly.

Is your service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

Yes, we operate 24/7 including weekends, public holidays, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. A night surcharge applies to journeys between 22:00 and 05:59. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

How quickly will I receive a booking confirmation?

You will receive a booking confirmation by email within 30 minutes of submitting your request during business hours (9am–9pm). For requests made outside business hours, you'll receive confirmation by the next morning. For urgent requests, please call us directly.

Can I book a round trip?

Absolutely. We offer discounted round-trip prices. Simply select "Round Trip" in the booking form and provide both your arrival and return dates/times. Your return driver will be at your Disney hotel entrance ready to take you back.

Can I book for a large group?

Yes! We accommodate groups from 1 to 16 passengers with our van fleet. For groups of more than 16, please contact us directly for a custom quote — we can arrange multiple vehicles travelling together.

During Your Transfer

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Don't worry at all. We track your flight in real-time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time at the airport. There is absolutely no additional charge for flight delays — this is a standard part of our service.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?

On arrival, your driver will be waiting at the exit of the arrivals gate with a sign bearing your name. If you cannot find your driver within 10 minutes of exiting arrivals, please call our customer care number immediately: +33 6 XX XX XX XX. We're always reachable.

How do I meet my driver for a departure?

For hotel or apartment pick-ups, your driver will be waiting at the main entrance of your building at the agreed time. Please make sure you are ready and waiting — we recommend being at the entrance 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.

What is a private transfer?

A private transfer is a pre-booked, chauffeur-driven vehicle reserved exclusively for your group. Unlike shared shuttles or taxis, you will never share the vehicle with other passengers. Your driver knows your details in advance, meets you personally, and takes you directly to your destination — with no stops along the way.

How long does the transfer take?

Journey times vary by route: CDG to Disneyland Paris is approximately 40–60 minutes, Orly to Disneyland Paris is 45–65 minutes, Beauvais to Disneyland Paris is 80–100 minutes, and Paris city centre to Disneyland Paris is 35–50 minutes. These times can vary due to traffic, especially during rush hours and school holidays.

Prices & Policies

How can I pay for my transfer?

We offer three payment methods: (1) Cash — pay the driver directly at the end of your journey, no charge. (2) Credit or debit card — pay the driver by card at the end of your journey, a surcharge of +5€ per journey applies. (3) Secure online payment via Stripe — pay at the time of booking, all major cards accepted. No advance payment is required unless you choose the online option.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. Our prices are fixed and all-inclusive. There are no additional charges for luggage (standard bags), flight delays, traffic, tolls, or for having children. The only surcharges are: +5€ for card payment to the driver, and a night surcharge (10–15%) for journeys between 22:00 and 05:59.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Simply email us or click the cancellation link in your booking confirmation. If you paid online, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Is a night surcharge applied?

Yes, a night surcharge applies to journeys with a pick-up time between 22:00 and 05:59. This surcharge is calculated at the time of booking and will be included in your total price — there are no surprises.

Families & Special Needs

Are child seats available and are they free?

Yes and yes! We provide complimentary child seats for all ages: infant seats (1 month–2 years), toddler seats (2–4 years), and booster cushions (3–6 years). Please indicate the number of seats needed and the ages of your children in the "special requirements" section of the booking form so we can prepare the correct seats.

Is there a luggage limit?

There is no additional charge for standard luggage. However, please indicate the approximate number of bags when booking so we can allocate the correct vehicle size. For oversized items like surfboards, large sports equipment, or very large prams, please mention this in the notes so we can accommodate you properly.

Do you accommodate wheelchairs or pushchairs?

We welcome pushchairs and foldable wheelchairs in all our vehicles. Please note that we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles (with ramps or lifts). Foldable manual wheelchairs can be accommodated in the luggage area of our vans.

Can our driver help with luggage?

Yes, all our drivers will assist you with loading and unloading your luggage. This is part of the full-service experience we provide.

About Disney Paris Shuttle

Is Disney Paris Shuttle a licensed company?

Yes. Disney Paris Shuttle is a fully licensed VTC (Voiture de Tourisme avec Chauffeur) operator, approved by the French Ministry of Transport. All our drivers hold the required professional licences and have undergone background checks. All vehicles are insured to carry passengers commercially.

Are your drivers professional and do they speak English?

All our drivers are professional, experienced, and trained in customer service. They speak English and French, and many also speak Spanish, Arabic, or other European languages. We are an internationally-oriented service designed for travellers from around the world.

Do you offer Disney movies during the journey?

Yes! Our Business Class Vans are equipped with entertainment systems including Disney movies — the perfect way to get the little ones excited about the park before you arrive. Water bottles and sweets for children are also provided in all vehicles.
